How The Treatment Works

The SDA Process

Comprehensive 3D diagnostics & full Smile planning

(60-90 minutes)

Your treatment begins with an in-depth consultation to assess bone quality, gum health, and facial structure in detail. Advanced cases are planned using Cone Beam CT 3D imaging and may involve piezo surgical technology, allowing for highly precise and minimally invasive implant placement. We then design a fully customized treatment plan using digital implant planning software to determine ideal implant placement, even in cases involving bone loss or complex anatomy.

Surgical phase & strategic implant placementa

(1-3 hours per stage)

Implants are placed with high precision using the Straumann Implant System (Switzerland), known for its exceptional stability and biological integration. Depending on your case, multiple implants may be strategically positioned to support a bridge, partial arch, or full-arch restoration. In more advanced cases, bone grafting or sinus support procedures may be completed to ensure long-term success.

Healing, integration & functional support

Final restoration & smile rebuild

(60-120 minutes)

Once healing is complete, your custom-designed restoration – whether a bridge, multiple crowns, or full-arch prosthetic – is securely attached. Each tooth is carefully crafted to replicate natural aesthetics, including shape, shade, and translucency. The final result is a fully restored smile with improved function, strength, and facial harmony.

Many of our surgical treatments can be performed under moderate conscious sedation to maximize comfort and reduce treatment anxiety. Sedation is administered by a board-certified anesthesiologist, allowing patients to feel relaxed throughout more complex procedures.
